Dr. Elio Polsinelli Jr.
Dr. Elio Polsinelli, Jr. was born and raised in New York. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry, and a Bachelor of Arts from Adelphi University.
Dr. Polsinelli received additional optometric training at the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service where he was exposed to hospital-based multidisciplinary optometry. He provided urgent eye care services and extensive management of patients with diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, dry eye, and cataracts. Dr. Polsinelli finished his training at the Pediatric and Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation division of SUNY College of Optometry where he gained knowledge of the diagnoses and treatment of children's vision and eye pathology along with diagnosis and treatment of binocular vision and perceptual disorders.
Dr. Polsinelli currently serves on the Board of Governors for the San Francisco Optometric Society, and is member of the College Of Visual Development and California and American Optometric Associations. He enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.
